We use automated checks with AI support to verify the document photo, year of birth (age group) and athlete's details. Nobody views the photo. It is deleted immediately after checking and is not stored with us. We keep only the data needed for competitions (first name, last name, date of birth, sex, nationality, and the type, issuing country and expiry date of the document with the last 3 characters of its number). The full document number and the personal number are not stored — only a one-way fingerprint that prevents duplicate registrations.
